The stunning Scherri Lee Biggs returned to Perth for the first time since being crowned Miss Universe Australia 2011 in Melbourne earlier this month. Mosmans hosted a fabulous homecoming breakfast for the sponsors, family, friends and fellow contestants who enjoyed speaking to Scherri and hearing about her wonderful journey so far.

On February 23rd 2011 Founder and Managing Director of EGAMI STYLE, Natasha Di Ciano was honoured with a prestigious 40under40 Award presented by WA Business News. She shared the stage with some of WA’s most successful businessmen and women who, like herself, were recognised for their dedication, innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and contribution to the community. In their special 40under40 edition published the following day, WA Business News profiled each award recipient and their business, highlighting the great diversity and talent we have in this state. Natasha was the first image consultant to win a place in the awards’ ten year history.

February 2011 – 92.9 | A Week in the Life of Miss Universe
92.9 was invited into the life of a Miss Universe contestant for a week to see just how much work goes into preparing your image for the competition. Day one included a visit to the EGAMI STYLE studio for a Colour & Style Consultation. By building their understanding of colour sampling and colour psychology the girls learnt how to make the most of their image by selecting the right colours for them, which will improve their confidence and assist them in selecting outfits. This was just the first step in the Miss Universe girls’ journey with EGAMI STYLE who will be continuing to the coach the girls as they proceed through the competition.
December 2010 – BOX Magazine | Style & Confidence Spring Edition
EGAMI STYLE launched their third event in the coveted Style & Confidence series to celebrate the first day of spring. EGAMI STYLE image experts Natasha Di Ciano, Andjelka Matic and Rachel Walker demonstrated that ‘knowledge is power’ and incorporating an element of trends with your personal brand is powerful. Guests enjoyed canapés, cocktails and breathtaking city views from the luxurious Panorama rooftop while learning helpful hints from the fun, relaxed and interactive presentation.
December 2010 – The Sunday Times Magazine | Dine for Life
The famous, fashionable and stylish came together to support Natasha Di Ciano’s charity fundraising event, the Dine for Life Summer Dinner. Guests included internationally acclaimed fashion designer Aurelio Costarella, singer/songwriter Michael Johns from American Idol and Josh Catalano from Masterchef to name a few. After a superb dinner, guests came together at Malt Supper Club to celebrate the close of a great event with a delicious summer cocktail.

Dine for Life is pleased to announce they raised $19,500 for Samaritans Crisis Line at the Summer Dinner held on December 1st. EGAMI STYLE would like to congratulate everyone involved in making the event a massive success and for going the extra mile in ensuring the evening was one to be remembered.

The team at EGAMI STYLE have been hard at work organising the highly anticipated Dine for Life Summer Dinner. The overwhelming support from the public and our participating restaurants has allowed Dine for Life to reach new heights, confirming 13 restaurants and 130 diners for the evening.

As a major sponsor of Miss Universe WA, EGAMI STYLE will be providing the top 20 contestants with a workshop designed to build their confidence for the competition as well as provide direction for their future career. The top finalists will receive personalised coaching with EGAMI STYLE to help develop their image in preparation for the Australian finals.

The first event in the Dine for Life charity series was a resounding success. The brainchild of EGAMI STYLE MD Natasha Di Ciano in conjunction with Andjelka Matic and Tanya Spink, Dine for Life’s Autumn 2010 event saw Perth diners enjoying a sumptuous mid week meal in some of Perth’s finest restaurants to support those affected by domestic violence.
