EGAMI STYLE recently had the privilege of presenting to 200 women from the Women in Mining network. Hosted by BHP Billiton and held at the Parmelia Hilton, the presentation focused on confidence and how the way women present themselves in the mining industry can have a profound impact on their career and self progression.
Touching on the topics of the importance of the first impression and how to distinguish yourself to be memorable, the women were left to think about how they want to be perceived and with practical advice on how to communicate this through their image. Business will be booming for tailors in Perth after Kate modelled her tailored mine site uniform!
The winner of our style and image makeover, Erin, touched and inspired everyone in the audience as she shared her experience. It was amazing to see just how much her confidence grew after only 10 days!

“Congratulations for a job well done at the Women in Mining event Friday night, you were fantastic and we all walked away with some great ideas for our self confidence and personal brand and style.”
“With the help of Natasha and her amazing team I now understand what image is and how I want to be perceived, how easy it is to select an appropriate style to show off my feminine side while still being suitable for the office environment. Now I feel confident knowing that with a small amount of effort the impact that this process has had not only affects my confidence, both inside and out, but it has had a positive impact in my work place and hopefully on my future career”. Erin, Mining Engineer, Resources Industry.
